1 Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, signing a project agreement, or using any SoftCode service, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

2 Our Services

SoftCode provides website development, mobile application development, AI solutions, automation, and related design and consulting services. The exact scope of every project is defined in its written quote or agreement.

3 Quotes & Payment

Every project receives a fixed, detailed quote before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, projects are billed in milestones (typically a down payment, a mid-project payment, and a final payment on delivery). Quotes are valid for 30 days.

4 Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of the final payment, you own the deliverables: source code, designs, and content produced specifically for your project. SoftCode retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal frameworks, which are licensed to you for use within the delivered product.

5 Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, credentials, and feedback needed for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

6 Support & Maintenance

Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. Ongoing maintenance, hosting, and new features are available under separate maintenance plans.

7 Limitation of Liability

SoftCode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or misuse of the delivered product. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.

8 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
